just across from the impressive promenade and
beach, the hotel forms part of Weymouth's
historic Georgian terraced sea front.

Excursion Included...

EXCURSION 1: Today's tour focuses on the beautiful scenery around Lulworth
Cove and Durdle Door. The beautiful white pebble beach of Lulworth cove with
its stunning blue waters, revealing rockpools teem with sea creatures. The cove is
one of the most recognisable beaches. Further along the coast is the iconic sight
of the Durdle Door. This rock formation forms part of the Jurassic Coast World
Heritage site. We will then travel to Norden to board the Swanage Railway, an
award-winning standard gauge preserved steam railway, with six miles of beautiful
scenery passing through the magnificent ruins of Corfe Castle. Here you will leave the
railway at Swanage and enjoy some free time before returning to the hotel.

EXCURSION 2.Today we will visit Poole. The town has five sheltered beaches,
a glorious old town with its own museum with free entry and a quayside with
tall ships, fishing boats  and even some luxury powerboats and yachts.
We travel to Bournemouth where you will  have some free time. Why not
visit the many gardens or miles of sandy beaches with  panoramic views of the coastline.

EXCURSION 3.Today we will visit Dorchester, a Roman town with a very varied
history  and home town of Thomas Hardy who lived and worked in Dorset.
Thomas Hardy wrote  many novels using the inspiration of the local area in
his writings. From here we will travel  on down to Portland Bill to see the
magnificent lighthouse. Enjoy the visitors centre and the stunning views from
this iconic point.
