EXCURSION 1. Today we will travel via
Penzance overlooking Mounts Bay with
beautiful views of St. Michael’s Mount. We will
continue to travel to most westerly point Land’s
End. Here you will have free time with the
famous sign point, being on the most
photographed sights. Finally, we travel to
St. Ives where you will have free time to explore
this subtropical paradise full of palm trees and
golden sands. You can travel through the
narrow streets to the beach passing many of
the art galleries and maybe calling through
Barbara Hepworth Museum.
EXCURSION 2. Today we start our tour at the
most southerly part of England, Lizard Point.
A lighthouse famous for its local serpentine
stone, unique metamorphic rock which is dark
green veined with red and white. We then
continue to Falmouth. Its harbour has the third
deepest natural water in the world. The whole
area is designated as an Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty. The town itself is beautiful,
admire its narrow terraces and rich maritime
heritage. If time permits we will stop at Truro.
