Excursion 1— The Dartmoor National Park is a vast moorland in Devon County, famous for its roaming ponies. Travelling on to the Dartmoor Visitor Centre, via Bovey Tracey, famous for its glass blown marbles, continuing through Morton Hampstead to the Iconic town of Postbridge. Then onto Plymouth, considered to be England’s only Ocean City, where we will have a break, you could visit the Mayflower Steps where pilgrims left this Isle to travel on to the America.
Excursion 2—Brixham is charming fishing town on the southerly point of South Devon. Combining the traditions of a bursting centre harbour with the colourful fisherman’s cottages and charming streets. From Brixham, we board a return ferry to Dartmouth. Enjoy some free time in Dartmouth, so explore the towns enchanting streets and scenic river location, overlooking one of the finest natural harbours in the UK.
