Excursion 1—. Today we travel to the delightful South Tynedale Railway Experience, here we will ride a train on the highest narrow-gauge railway in England through the North Pennines an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This railway is famous for running two engines known as a top and tail, where one engine pushes and other pulls. After our glorious train ride, we shall spend some time in Alston, with a distinctive market cross and many buildings dating from 17th century, it will be great place to find some lunch. .In the afternoon we visit the town of Hexham. We return to the hotel in the afternoon, where you can relax or spend your time visiting Gilsland

Excursion 2— Today we shall travel to Penrith, where we will have a scenic drive where we pass Ullswater, to Keswick. Here you will have free time to explore this market town before travelling to Bassenthwaite Lake, one of the largest bodies of water in the Lake District. Finally we will visit Cockermouth, with free time to see the bustling ancient market town made famous by William Wordsworth.
