Excursion 1—Today we travel to Buckfast Abbey. People have come here to withdraw from the fast pace of life and instil within themselves a sense of peace and tranquillity. The Abbey is also very famous for its very large herd of deer which roam within the ground. From here we travel to Totnes. The town of Totnes has a long and fascinating heritage, the Castle sits in the heart of the town. Our final stop today is Brixham. Excursion 2 -Exmouth developed as a resort in Georgian times and was once the most select seaside resort in Britain. While here you could take a cruise on the River Exe or visit The twelve-sided A la Ronde building. Teignmouth a stunning coastal town with historic Georgian building sitting on the mouth of the River Teign, we will travel to Dawlish, one of the most popular seaside resorts in the UK. The famous Black Swans live and breed within the town in an area known as the Lawn and Brook.
