Day 1 - Travel direct to Blackpool to arrive early afternoon where you will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Blackpool. Indulge in the many attractions available, visit Madame Tussauds and see the waxworks, go to Blackpool Tower and maybe see the Circus. You could go to the Tower Ballrooms as used by the famous dancers on Strictly Come Dancing. Blackpool boast three beautiful Victorian Piers, each has its own theatre, were you can see live music, musical hall acts or a show. Followed by your evening meal back at the hotel.
Day 2 – Today we travel north to UNESCO world heritage of Windermere and Lakeside Pier from where we enjoy a return lake cruise to Bowness. Sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views of mountains scenery, secluded bays and wooded islands from our pleasure boat steamer with commentary on the history, attractions and point of interest surrounding Windermere. We disembark and spend time at leisure in Bowness before returning on our steamer to Lakeside pier.
Day 3— Day of leisure—You have the whole day to enjoy all the attractions of Blackpool. Lancaster is one of the Heritage Cities of the UK, boasting with a stunning cathedral and Castle. Morecombe with its beautiful promenade and the famous statue of Erin Morecombe.
Day 4 – Today we will travel to south Lytham St Annes where you will have free time here before we continue our journey to Southport. We will spend the afternoon at leisure in the classic Victorian seaside town of Southport, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches and Grade II listed iron pier, the second longest in the country. Enjoy a ride on the pier tram to the pier pavilion and visit King’s Gardens in the centre of Southport, with its Victorian shelters, Venetian bridge and Lakeside café.
Day 5 – Today, we will depart from the hotel mid-day, arriving home in the afternoon
